We’re taking to the streets of London, from Greenwich to the city and back again, to smash the silence around suicide.
125 people take their own lives every week in the UK. Together we can change that. That’s why we’re coming together as the clocks go back, sharing our stories and dealing with grief differently and defiantly.
Join us as we walk through the night, shoulder to shoulder united against suicide. When it hurts we talk, when the clocks go back we walk.
WALK WITH US
Wherever you are, and whether you’ve lost someone to suicide, struggled with your own mental wellbeing, or want to smash the silence around suicide, be part of it. It’s time to Walk Against Suicide.
We’re lighting up London as the clocks go back, smashing the silence around suicide and shouting about CALM’s life-saving services. On the night, you’ll receive Lost Hours Walk merchandise so that you’re all kitted out and a finishers medal to celebrate.
