WHY JOIN LOST HOURS WALK 2022?
125 people take their own lives every week in the UK. We’re walking to send the message that that’s not okay. We’re walking for the brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, partners, and friends we’ve lost. We’re walking against suicide.
As the clocks go back, bring together your friends, families, colleagues and communities to walk forwards against struggling in silence. Choose where, when and how far you walk, whether it's the local park or a hike up a mountain, do what works for you and the people you're walking with.
WHY YOUR WALK MATTERS
CALM’S helpline took 157,310 calls and webchats in 2021. Taking on a Lost Hours Walk will help us continue to be there, for anyone who’s struggling. Every walk raises vital funds for our life-saving helpline and webchat, helping us to be there for anyone who needs us.

The Lost Hours Walk has raised £825,988 for CALM and our life-saving helpline and webchat. That's more than 100,000 potentially life-saving calls, thanks to your walks across the UK. Fundraising couldn't be simpler. You'll receive a JustGiving page when you sign up - all you need to do is share it far and wide to shout about your walk.
