CALM’S LOST HOURS WALK

We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing up to stereotypes and standing together to show life is always worth living.

In 2019, we launched the Lost Hours Walk to smash the silence around suicide and deal with grief differently and defiantly. Since then, almost 4,000 people have taken on a Lost Hours Walk, raising more than £1.2m for our life-saving services.

Entries for the 2023 event are now closed, but take a look at our upcoming Snowdon at Night Trek or calendar of events.
